Family Photo Shoot in Nolensville TN

The greatest thing about being a photographer, is traveling to different places! Nolensville TN is quickly becoming "the place to be" in the Nashville area and we were fortunate to spend the day with some good friends and shoot in this brand new neighborhood!

Afterwards, they cooked us pizza and we hung out :)

In Titans Stadium!

We shot pictures of Klay and Tiffany a few months ago and I remember Klay saying that he loves the Titans soooo much! He had me take a picture of him and Tiffany in front of the stadium and I thought it would be even cooler if we could get inside! Well, it took me a while, but today I was able to get both of them on the 50 yard line inside the stadium with their jerseys on! The best part, was that Tiffany never let Klay know that we were doing this shoot!

So here is a preview... I had to show you what we did on Superbowl Sunday!

Good Morning!

Yesterday we learned that Church would be canceled today. I don't know if I have ever seen Church canceled before! So, I stayed up late on Facebook talking to friends, playing guitar and trying to get a song to John Mayer (long story). No way in the world was I going to get up early, but this morning I could see the sun starting to peek through my blinds. I tried to ignore it, but knowing what I would witness if I looked out my blinds got me up quickly, grabbing a camera (just in case) and this is what I woke up to!

As a Photographer, I am compelled to take a shot of something so beautiful! I've had times in my life when I have passed up great shots to get to where I'm going or for just being lazy. That should never be the case! It would drive me crazy all day long knowing I passed up a shot like this!

I thank God every morning I wake up breathing. I'm only 34, but I feel like everyday is so precious and it could all end so fast, so we have to remember these beautiful moments in our lives. Take the picture to remember!

Sledding on a Snow Day!!!

I was supposed to take some engagement pictures today, but we couldn't get out of the driveway, soooo we went sledding instead! Even if I did have to shoot, I would STILL be sledding, because that's what you do when it snows!
I'm glad other photographers are posting their "professional" shots today, but I'm going to show you how much fun I had on such a beautiful day :)

Snow Day!!!!

The best thing about snow is... playing in it!!!
I decided to set up a light and take pictures of anyone that would come out in the freezing snow a couple weeks ago and we got a great turn out!
